Enter the username you use in the app. We'll give you a request number straight away, and our team will verify and process the cancellation.

How it works

Cancelling is a request, not an instant switch-off — that lets us check it really comes from the account owner.

  2. 2Get your request numberKeep it safe. You'll quote it if you need to follow up with us.
  3. 3We verify and cancelOur team reviews the request and closes the account. Some records may be kept where the law requires it.
